Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy
24-hour notice required for rescheduling.
Late cancellations (<24 hours) will be charged the full session fee, except in emergencies.
No-shows will not be refunded or credited.
Prepaid sessions must be used within the month (no rollovers unless agreed upon).
Late Payment Policy:
Payments for prepaid packages are due before the first session of the month.
A $10 late fee applies after 3 days past due.
